Rebirthing Breathwork

Rebirthing Breathwork or Conscious Connected Breathing is the natural way of breathing by consciously merging the inhale with the exhale in a continuous ‘toroidal’ cycle. Each session brings profound relaxation and release of stress and tension that has been accumulating in your nervous system throughout your life.
It’s a trauma-informed practice that processes stuck emotions, subconscious fears and past beliefs which block our healing potential. This type of somatic unwinding is essential for intuitive health.

Yin Yoga
Fridays 9:30-11:00am ~ A Place To Be
Practising yin yoga is an incredibly powerful balance to our yang activities and to a world that is busy, active, productive, fast-paced and overwhelmingly yang in nature.
The practice invites us to sit in discomfort at times and play with our edges so that we can find more freedom and space both physically and mentally. Yin Yoga complements a more Yang style of vinyasa yoga and balances any existing active exercise routine. Yin gives you permission to pause, slow down and practice ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’. Poses are held for longer periods of time and are mostly done on the floor. It targets deep tissue and works into areas such as the spine, hips, upper body and lower body.
In the stillness and the breath we discover connection as we surrender control and tension.
