BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following Booking Terms and Conditions provided. Understand and agree with all terms and conditions below. You MUST NOT accept any booking without wholly agreeing with the terms and conditions below.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:
Please note deposit payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If balance of payment has not been made by the specific date which Tina Bruce advised, your booking may be cancelled and forfeit any deposit paid.
All cancellations by the traveller must be received in writing and will take effect from the date received by Tina Bruce, in which event, the following cancellation charges will apply: Between 60 and 30 days before the scheduled retreat departure date - 50% of the entire Retreat Leadership Program price.
Tina Bruce acts as a co-ordinator in the making of all tour arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation. Tina Bruce does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotels and/or restaurants, guided walking tours or any other supplier of services. If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against that provider, and not against Tina Bruce. Tina Bruce will not be liable for any loss caused by a failure of a tour manager or property accommodation manager.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Note: Please ensure you have travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances which may arise after full payment is made. I recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy at the time you pay for your travel. To protect you against medical expenses arising from sickness or injury during your travel and protect you against loss or damage to your belongings and for cancellation.
